   Takes over 30 minutes to answer the phone whatever time of day you ring. Sent out text reminders for flu and COVID boosters with a link to book online but no facility on this to book husband and wife appointments at same day and time. Phoned and after over an hour phone was answered and I was told that there are no more appointments available at all and are awaiting management to facilitate extra appointments for these jabs! As you can only get COVID boosters at GP we are stuck waiting now, as only flu jabs available at pharmacies. What a shambles of a health centre and unfortunately the norm for them!!
