almost every time I've been there i had bad experience with them staff is rude I struggle with making online appointments and uploading the pictures every time I tell them that struggle they tell me to ring in the morning when I ring in the morning they say ringing in the afternoon when call in the afternoon the tell me why can't you do it online you should be able to do it online. I find them so ignorant

Very good communication skills and explained the bloods results and had time to ask questions plus idid not have a long time to wait for the Dr to ring me back in the same day really happy that the are given was excellent

Called to rebook an appointment. The receptionist said she will look into rebooking me then hung up. No goodbye, no indication I would get a message. The doctors/nurses/physio are brilliant. The front of house staff let this practice down badly.

New bank health Centre is one of the best GP's.I am so happy and grateful that I have one of the best doctor in my area,very helpful and understanding. I am recommending New bank health center from all my heart,amazing people working there

I have moved house and have amended my address, I am no longer in the catchment area. I am in the process of waiting to be registered with the new GP, but I am having some medical issue looked at. The practice has blocked my patient account so currently I am without a GP, with no discussion just an email. This seems unreasonable that they are can just block a patient straight away. The staff are very rude and not understanding at all

Receptionist is so rude and worst customer service. And Doctors don’t even bothered to call you. They send you a message to make appointment but they don’t have any appointments available.
