Thank you to each member of staff at Nether Green surgery who have supported our daughter and family during her illness and subsequent death. Everyone has shown great compassion and kindness. Enabling her to die in her own home with vast levels of support from your staff and the wonderful Fulwood Green community nursing team. Please keep up the good work it matters and is appreciated.

I thought I would leave a review whilst on the phone to the surgery - they quite rightly prompting me to go for my annual blood test. This has been my wife and my surgery since moving to Sheffield in 1986 and the service is simply outstanding. And in a period when supposedly getting an appointment is difficult I have always been successful given a prompt call and a lot of hanging on, and why not. Comparing my experience with others. in Sheffield I know I am lucky.

My wife recently had to contact the surgery about a new problem. The first receptionist we spoke to listened carefully to the issue and arranged for us to speak to a doctor who then saw us in the surgery (where we were greeted by another lovely receptionist). The doctor we saw was very friendly and efficient and made excellent use of technology to get photographs and to seek advice from the hospital. I have also recently needed to consult about asthma medication and this has been handled very efficiently by the asthma nurse using online tools meaning I haven't had to go in to the surgery. Altogether a very good service delivered by a friendly team. Thank you :)

I have had to contact Nethergreen surgery several times over the last 3 months. The staff have consistently treated me with fantastic care & efficiency. The reception staff have listened & helped me as I needed. The GP's I have had contact with have been so kind & compassionate & thorough. Two of my contacts were as emergencies and their triage system worked effectively & I am very grateful. I have also used the online booking system & it works very well. Many thanks for all the hard work of all the staff at Nethergreen.

My family registered with this practice over four decades ago and have received excellent service for all of that time, even with all the horrendous problems that the NHS has faced over the last few years. Yes, you may have to wait for quite some time on the telephone (23 minutes yesterday morning to arrange an appointment) but the system provides regular updates as to where you are in the queue, and when you do get through the receptionists are both friendly and extremely helpful, as are the medical staff in both telephone and face-to-face consultations. Keep up the good work!

I called at 8am - understandably long phonrequeue but really helpful to know where you are in the queue & to be updated as you progress up it. Receptionist was efficient & quickly offered a callback from the nurse practitioner. This came through within the hour & my problem was treated with appropriate medication straight to my local pharmacy In these incredibly busy winter months Nethergreen surgery are providing an excellent service, thank you so much
