I get really frustrated when I read or hear people saying negative things about the Munro. My whole family have had to visit the centre over the last few months for one reason or another and, each time, found the staff to be very personable, friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Today my daughter had to return to get her results. She was very nervous but, after seeing the disarming and very warm hearted nurse, she came away with a huge relieved grin on her face. She even had a sneaky hug with the nurse which made her day. In short, I cannot fault anything your team does. I particularly like it when I go to the dispensing window as, now I'm a regular, a bit of cheeky banter goes back and forth. I love that. Don't change a thing. Don't listen to the nay sayers. You all do an amazing job. Thank you!

We moved to Spalding almost four years ago and, although Munro has had some negative comments, it puts my previous surgery to shame. I've always had excellent service from Munro. You may not always get to see a doctor, but the nurses and paramedics are brilliant, and will always refer to the doctor if necessary

Switched to Munro recently and its way easier to get appointments. No long wait to get through to someone, a dedicated cancellation extension and the ability to book evening and weekend appointments.

Spoke to a Dr who told me that the previous clinician had prescribed my medications because they were being helpful and he is not. Not willing to listen at all and have false explanations of CCG rules. He cited that he cannot give me the medication I needed because I was not able to cite all the over the counter medications that I had tried before. I told him I have been through all of them that I could find but he still refused to believe me and therefore was left with no mediation for that reason. Not helpful at all

Today I had an extremely positive consultation with my GP. She took time to explain things, didn’t rush me and was extremely pleasant making me feel comfortable and valued. Excellent service.

I contacted the practice to arrange an appointment for my daughter at 8.15 this morning. I waited in a short queue before speaking to a care navigator. My total waiting time was only a few minutes. I explained my daughter's symptoms and was offered a face to face appointment for her at 10.00. At the practice, my daughter was seen on time. She was examined thoroughly, her history was discussed and she was treated with kindness. She was provided with a reassuring explanation of what caused her symptoms. Overall, the service we received today was excellent. Well done Munro Medical Centre.

I found an unusual skin blemish which I was concerned about. I filled out an e-consult form online on a Sunday, got a call from the surgery on the Monday morning, received an appointment that afternoon and received the results via a call that evening. Now that's impressive.
