Saw Dr Hall yesterday, follow up appointment. I will say what an excellent Dr. Very professional, very knowledgable, very thorough as I am a cancer patient in remission at the moment. Very understanding, shows empathy ,caring and listens to you. Can recommend her very highly. Top practitioner.

Went in on time for appointment .took blood o k very nice nurse who explained why they were taking blood and how it would proceed in the future

Moseley Avenue surgery whilst like all surgeries is extremely busy... I always find I can get to speak to someone. The reception staff are very helpful. It can be difficult to get through on the phone at peak times... but I would think that is typical of any surgery. The online link that reception issue to send photos & descriptions is very useful. The telephone triage works well & can actually save a trip to the surgery in some cases. I am very satisfied with the service I receive when needed & feel lucky to be at that surgery. I often hear tales from friends registered at other practices about not being able to get appointments or speak to a doctor. This is not the case at Moseley Avenue A relative of mine & friend of our family are registered at Moseley Avenue & I know too they feel the same as I do.

Staff very friendly doctors and ANP nurses very good and pleasant to talk to. I had appointment for Friday 24th march regards my bloods the lady rang me and explained everything to me about results very satisfied so I would like to say a big thank you to everybody.

I have been with Moseley Avenue for 30+ years both of my children or now with Moseley Avenue. Within the last year, I have had appointments with several GPs, nurses and spoken to receptionist numerous times. The reception team are incredible, always giving advice as to how to get an appointment quicker and empathising with the medical condition you are presenting with. The nurses who do the smears and baby immunisations are fantastic and always have time for a chat to put you at ease and calm your baby. The GPs at the surgery have always been wonderful to me sending me for testing when I need it, giving me additional information regarding mental health, diagnoses or self help. Working within 11 GP surgeries myself as a social prescriber. I see how hard-working this team are are. If I were to say anything negative it is that it is difficult to get an appointment, however that is the case with most GP surgeries at the moment

Very little waiting time after checking in. Appointment with nurse was very professional. Pragmatic approach by someone who was there to get the job done.

Had an in depth consultation with my doctor , and felt I was listened to about my health issues . I have since had blood tests and telephone consultations with the results and how to move forward .

Appointment booked for 9.10 and didn’t get seen until 10.10. I had received a text 6 weeks prior to this appointment to book an appointment with a certain Dr. 6 weeks of trying to get in with said Dr and it was impossible. Can only book same day appointments by the time I got through they had always gone on that day. In the end I just booked an appointment with another Dr and then my appointment was an hour late. I have work, this is not acceptable. Doctors and nurses themselves are lovely but they need to sort out not being able to pre book appointments and certainly should never levee someone waiting for an hour when they have an appointment.
