Just like to say a big thankyou to Mosley Ave surgery . We have some great established doctors. In our surgery. Very considerate and understanding and work hard to solve our health problems. Always looking to develop new procedures to improve availability to access services for the patients. Not forgeting to mention behind the screen, staff secretary and reception all work hard to solve our queries and resolve problems where possible. If I have ever had reason or need to speak with the practise manager because of a problem, she is always keen to listen and resolve matters. She always has made herself available. I feel my family are looked after well by the surgery.

Very clear explanation of the issues. Advice given was backed up with reasons why clearly explained. Given enough time for me to ask questions.

Went for an appointment to measure cholesterol and blood pressure, blood test was carried out on site, on time and with no fuss, staff were polite and professional.

Great practice - helpful, friendly reception staff, excellent GPs, fab nurses and ANPs. Waiting times are usually not too long and I can always get an appointment on the morning I phone up. Highly recommend

The service that i received from nurse is excellent. The nurse and the staff are friendly and ensure that i am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

I've always been terrified of going to the doctors, but when I eventually managed to force myself to book an appointment, both the receptionists and the doctor made me feel so much easier. I still get anxiety in the waiting room but this is made easier with the couple of seats that are a little round the corner so I feel more out of the way when it gets busy, and particularly with the screen where you can just go and check yourself in. Not having to stand and wait in a queue to speak to someone makes all the difference. I could not recommend this practice enough. It is clear they genuinely have you in mind with everything they do!
