Ring for an appointment get told someone will call you back, they don’t. Go in to surgery to be told to ring tomorrow as no appointments available to day !!!

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received a call back after being told you would receive one - if it's for today, it's possible that one of our team will call shortly as they continue to contact patients up until 6.30pm each day. Thank you for your kind words - we're vaccinating over 3,000 patients in the flu and Covid clinics this year which takes a lot of planning so it's good to hear that it's appreciated by our lovely patients.

Attended yesterday,19th October, for my Flu and Covid vaccinations. Extremely well organised. All the staff - the doctor, admin and reception were very friendly and welcoming. The whole experience from booking the appointment to attending the clinic was easy and stress-free. Big thank you to everyone involved.

Have nearly always had great service by polite staff. Just had COVID and Flu jabs and although lots of people waiting for theirs enough staff organising and giving the jabs it all went smoothly and very quickly

I have been a patient of the surgery for many years and haven’t had cause to need their help much until recently. I must admit to being perplexed at the way one has to contact a GP these days, but actually found the on line econsult system to work very well. I answered the questions and submitted it and was phoned back 90 minutes later by a very friendly receptionist who arranged an appointment to see my GP later that day. I was listened to and examined and came back for some blood tests the following morning. I was really surprised to read some of the reviews here and wanted to let people know of the excellent service I received.

I have only had 4 appointments here in my eight years of registration. First went well just after registration. Had three appointments recently and all a disaster! First, you didn't mention you had pain in two places, can't speak for the other, not on the "ticket". 2nd waited nearly an hour and a half before I walked out. Third waited 40 minutes and left again. Had to resort to private medicine but pleased I have. I am sure they are good people trying to help but the system and leadership broken.

They used to be the go to place in Bicester however have now developed the opposite reputation. It is almost impossible to see a doctor, nobody sits at reception anymore (they have an office with a closed door), the automated phone service is slow and enough to put you off trying to get an appointment and, even if you do get through, you're then triaged by the receptionist. When you do speak to a Doctor they're generally very good, however it can take days or weeks to get to that stage and, generally, only via phone. My most recent experience took almost 2 weeks to speak to the Doctor and I'm now chasing them as haven't heard back from them.

Checked in using the online screen before my appt was due. It advised me to go upstairs and sit in a chair in the corridor and wait to be seen. I then thought my name was called from downstairs? I was not 100% Therefore, I approached reception explained i have been told to go upstairs but thought i heard my name being called. According to the system i had been classed as unattended for my appt. Again explained it was not my error - another patient then had the same situation who was queuing behind me - she managed to quickly be advised which room she was meant to go to. However, i was told to sit and wait they will explain to the nurse. Receptionist then calls me over saying the nurse now cannot see me today due to this. I fail to understand how and why that should impact my appt? Considering this was approx 10 mins after my appt due? Surely booking in onto the online screen shows I'm present in the surgery?? Plus this was not my error and instead their system which was supported by another patient having the exact same issue. Due to the nurse now saying she is too busy to see me and as if it was my fault she cannot see me, i had to make another appt during the new year. Extremely poor practice

As others have said the system seems deliberately designed to make it impossible to make and appointment or even speak to a doctor. If you can go anywhere do not use this surgery - I appreciate they are busy but this system does not work for patients.

I recently had an urgent colonoscopy. I tried to get the results but was told the doctor had not read them. Why not? I requested that they should read them and get back to me with the results. Sadly, but not unexpectedly, this has not happened to date. This surgery continues to so difficult to see a doctor. E-consults are always closed for the day. Trying to get an appointment on the same day is near impossible. If you work in an environment where you can’t seat and wait on the phone you will never get one. The lack of service since Covid, still a great excuse for them, is mind boggling. Sad to see how far the surgery has fallen. I have been with them 48yrs and it’s the worse it can ever be!
