Thank you to the GP who gave me excellent care and diagnosis. Reception very helpful in ensuring I was allocated an appointment at the earliest time available, due to the pain I was an experiencing.

After calling to see if my daughter (a toddler) needed to see someone with what could have been an ingrowing nail, I was given an apt. That day and despite it not being serious, I was given advice and made to feel comfortable for calling in the first place.

I was received very quickly the Doctor had time to listen to me. I was given great advice . My request was met and investigated well that was good and I was happy

I have always found that my treatment has been given with consideration and consultation. I have never felt that I was being rushed in an appointment and that they take the time to address my concerns.

The nurse practitioner i saw was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct treatment.

Visited with feeling unwell cough chest pains pains in shoulder and arm. Saw nurse practitioner She said well that's not your heart it's at wrong side. End of that. .She said ill put this on your finger to read your oxygen stats then said your hands are cold you have covid. I explained no I have protein c deficiency that can cause blood clots but also poor circulation to hands and feet. She said have you been diagnosed with raynauds nope protein c. End of that. I said I have a weakness to chest infections and have had pneumonia a few times. She examined my chest said your chest is clear just because you cough up green don't think you have an infection. I was told to drink plenty take paracetamol and ibuprofen I told her I can't take ibuprofen because I have only one kidney lost due to cancer. The thing is reading what I'm writing makes you think several alarm bells all ignored. I still not well but so far the chest pain is easier but no I don't have covid.

Was able to get an appointment with my proffered Dr the same day as requested.The Dr saw me questioned me saw my problem,gave me a prescription.I asked a couple of questions which answered truthfully and to my satisfaction.I then left to pick up my medication to start my treatment.All in all a good quick visit with an excellent outcome.
