Was seen on the day I phoned and was very satisfied with the outcome . Never seen the doctor before I think he was a locum, he was pleasant and friendly.

Rang not knowing who I needed to see. After a short explanation I was booked into the physiotherapist that afternoon and was surprised with the diagnosis as it was not what I thought it was and provided with exercises to do to help support my diagnosis. Thank you

I came in to see the physiotherapist was put at ease straight away I had a thorough examination and my mind was put at rest

I would just like to say I received the most compassionate, professional treatment I could have ever hoped for. I completely understand the pressure that comes along with time restraints on appointments. However this practitioner used her time to treat me like a person , never made me feel rushed and took the time to listen. This resulting I feel in a more accurate diagnosis which I also think would save a great deal of time in the long run.I would like to really thank the practitioner and the practice for this as I fully understand the pressures that they are constantly under. Thank you for your time and patience. Very kind regards

Excellent care given to my 89 year old mother. We have seen the same doctor over the last couple of months,and his care and professionalism is second to none.

Both the nurse who conducted my annual review and the physio to whom I was referred were excellent. At both appointments I was given plenty of time to ask questions.

The doctor I saw was fab. I was told that I need another appointment in regards to another matter but I can't pre book it even though its not of an urgent matter. Took me 67 calls before I was connected to the surgery to see the doctor (started calling at 8am)

We have recently gone live with a new improved telephone system, which gives you the option for us to call you back to save you having to constantly ring us back. We also do have the ability to pre-book appointments if your issue is non-urgent, I am sorry you were not offered this option. If you would like to pre-book an appointment I would advise you call after 10am when the phone lines are a little quieter. I will pass your feedback to the practice staff.
