Over the period of my last treatment I found the receptionists friendly and efficient, and the doctor very thorough in their listening, diagnosis, treatment and follow up.

Booked appt online, submitted notes for Dr in advance, led to a high quality in-person appt where all my questions were dealt with thoroughly and with genuine care for me. Can’t recommend Minch Surgery highly enough - a great team of professionals. Thank you!

I went to have a blood test that I was asked to have, the appointment was on time the nurse I saw was very friendly and helpful.

I received a "Spring" newsletter by SMS. There was nothing useful in it. Why are they spending time producing this rubbish when apparently surgeries are so stretched. It took 6 weeks!!! last summer to get a phone consultation about the drugs I was taking post shingles. Just disgusting.
