The receptionist stand out for me because they are doing a good job, but the doctors are not visible to see or be able to get appointments. I still pray for all nhs because I know what you going through. Hope things will be better.

I wasn't forced to wear a mask or leave, despite having my asthma card. I was allowed entry, they were pleasant and quick.

When you can get through adventualy everyone is very helpfull . Just do not like the phone system.Would rather the old system. Engaged or not .

My apointment was on time and the nurse very efficient and I had everyhing explained in detail, which gave me confidence. Overall a good experience.

I waited 3 weeks for a phone appointment for my dad’s blood and urine results only to be told he had an infection and needed antibiotics did not think it was right that he had this without being treated .

Nothing had to wait nearly 20 minutes for reception to answer phone. 6 minutes of that time i was number 1 finally answered and took 1 minute 30 seconds to sort out appointment. You need to sort out your answering service.

Receptionist endeavour to answer the telephone as quickly as possible. We have adopted a digital telephone system that allows us to monitor call handling in order for us to improve services. I rang my doctors as i have a chest infection I also have asthma. I was told they could give me appointment in a weeks time.

Was told I would get a phone appointment in the morning about 10.00am. Did not get a call till 1.00am, not good if you’re having to arrange it round work

Dear Patient. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I am sorry you did not get you telephone consultation at the time you were expecting it. The practice does not usually give precise times for telephone consultations because they are triaged by the clinicians and dealt with in order off urgency. This should have been explained to you when booking and I am sorry that this did not happen. The reception staff can however note your availability on your appointment slot, so that the clinician can call you at a specific time. Once again thank you for leaving your feedback.
