    Cannot book an appointment for a blood test even a month in advance as they apparently don't have anyone to do it. It is imperative that I have this text once a month in order to be allowed my essential medication. If I don't get it I may become seriously ill.

    I am sorry that you have experienced difficulties in obtaining a blood test at the surgery. This was down to a national shortage of blood collection bottles and patients were being redirected to the hospital phlebotomy departments. We have a team of Health Care Assistants who can take blood - I am sorry if the message that you received was confusing.     I have requested for a medical certificate and I have been told that it will take 28 days for doctor to fill few fields. Any way service is extemely poor and let’s not talk about appointment system which is non existent.

    After months of not being able to get through to their phone handling system, it seems they have a new call handling system in place. Was able to ring direct, request a call back holding my place (instead of queuing), got a call back from Dr in 15 minutes, and offered a face to face appointment with a highly qualified health professional/nurse that morning. Hoping this new technology will return the practice back to their previous high levels of service before they merged - fingers crossed!

    I have been trying to contact the surgery to book an appointment for 2 weeks. If I call between 8am-10am the phone line is busy it doesn't even let me in the queue. When finally getting through later on the day, you are told to call back the next morning as there are no appointments available. I live in constant pain for weeks and can't get any help. They keep merging with other surgeries, how about doubling the number of receptionists and doctors, not just the number of patients?

    If I could give zero stars I would. The lady who answered the call doesn't even know how to spell my name. I've been trying to make an appointment face to face for 3 days. but every time it's the same and the doctor calls and tells me to look for help on the internet. and stay home for a week. worst practice ever. They should be closed because they are not helping anyone. How much money I should spend more for private help????

    The telephone system is broken, doesn't work it's nothing to expect to be on the phone for an hour. The longest queue I've joined is at sixteen, 40 mins later I am still on 11. This is ongoing every day the telephone is engaged, if you are able to hold the phone by the time you get through, no appointments. Despite the Dr asking me to make an appointment, it's impossible. Told me to come to the surgery in person at 8am. I can't do that, 4 taxis back and forth. 1, make appointment, 2 return for appointment. I am 75 years old, in need of a Dr but can't access an appointment. person rang me with an an appointment, I attended, no appointment booked, Today I have transferred to another practice.
