   I needed to phone today to make an appointment and spent over an hour on hold - twice - going from caller 8 to 1 before the call beeping and hanging up!

   We have an ongoing phone issue relating to the phone provider. We are seeking legal help in resolving this. We really appreciate how frustrating this is and are trying our hardest to sort this out
