The nurse was brilliant, I always struggle to get a sample but her skill and experience made it a much quicker, and less painful experience. She was fabulous and deserves to be told what a great job she is doing

Women working on reception are always rude. Using their mobile phone whilst you wait. No professionism or companion.

I have found the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. Admittedly you have to wait in a queue if you call early morning but that is to be expected. The reception staff have dealt with me in an efficient and friendly way and I have always been able to see a practitioner mostly on the same day if needed.

This practise is unfortunately why people opt for attending a&e. There are never any appointments available, even for pre booking. The practice is definately too small to accommodate the area it covers. By the time you get in, you have more than one problem to discuss, and yet you are only allowed to discuss one. Its bad!!
