Trying to make appointment to see a doctor will take you forever. Just cuts you off and no way to leave a message. Not good enough but just the state of the NHS these days.

I have more of a question than a review. Is it actually possible to speak to anyone at this surgery on the phone, or does one always have to walk down to the road and speak to the receptionist? I have never managed to get anything but a 'line busy' tone, when I have tried to call at any time of the day. They don't even put you on hold, it just cuts you off!

Good service when yo can make an appointment As others have said the phone is always engaged and there is no queueing system or answerphone And booking appointments online - there are non available Have to go to surgery and queue at reception !
