Having been sent to hospital for tests and the hospital writing to the surgery with instructions, the staff were totally incapable of following such instructions or understanding them. Incorrect medication provided twice which resulted in a complete waste of time and stress having hospital treatment and a waste of NHS resources. In general, the phone service is a failure and the staff are incompetent. Various empty promises made following a complaint. If I thought other surgeries were better I’d change like a shot but it seems we’ve seen the end of decent GP care in this country
