msc wrote asking for my phone number & (as i had not heard of them before) i asked google who they are; their website let me send query; i did not get a response. phoning people who behave like that is not good idea but no email address available, no manager name available, only postal address = terrible 'intro'

No internal communication, Management and I use that term loosely are apathetic. This trickles down to the staff. You would get better service for preschoolers.
