How quickly my online consultation was dealt with, and how quick an appointment was given. The GP and Receptionist were very helpful.

She listened to what I was saying and understood what I was trying to say l will be asking for her every time I need to see a doctor

Can’t get appointment when you phone and you can’t book to see a doctor when it suits us cos iam working, you can only phone at 8clock in the morning

Dear Karan, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m very sorry that you’re unable to get an appointment when you need one and I understand the phone at 8 am in the morning can be very busy. we we now have a new service called e-consult. This is an online form that can be found on our website. Once received electronically at the surgery, It goes straight to the clinician who triages the form and will contact you and make you an appointment at your convenience. The fact that im very clearly ill with a viral respiratory infection. My chest and ribs hurt from coughing so much, i havent had a proper sleep for over a week,yet the doctor wouldn't allow me 1 more week from work because shes got to cut down on the amount of time given off to people. What a ridiculous thing to say. I have come back to eork extremely ill, even my manager asked why the hell i am in.

The thing that stood out was that the doctor listened to me and she gave me a proper explanation and gave me what I needed to help me get better best doctor there that I have seen so far x

Friendly receptionist, appointment on time and diabetic foot nurse was caring and compassionate. Gave great advice and forward care plan.

The person gave clear reasons and instructions about my illness what I should and shouldn’t be doing. Down side the phone call was an hour late.
