Receptionist very polite, offered appointment same day, greeted with a smile when I arrived. First time I had seen my new GP, he was outstanding, attentive and I felt listened to, could not fault the service. Well done Meadowview Surgery

I've never been to a surgery that is so officiant and thorough as meadowview from Reception, Nurses and GP's everyone is so helpful and the availability to speak or see a Doctor is amazing. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you so much Meadowview Surgery for all your hard work!

The practice is excellent, very fast service, I always use the ask my GP link and within 20 minutes I receive phone calls and an appointment made for the same day, I also have regular appointments with the nurse and she is very professional and I am always made to feel comfortable, I have found the GP’s are very thorough and explain things in details and are always happy to listen and answer questions, i would recommend this surgery. Thank you to the staff for all you do

I was struggling with what appeared to be an infection around my nasal area. I went online and filled in a few details. Within an hour or so I received a call from the doctor who discussed with me what the problem was and my symptoms. Provided a diagnosis and option to either come into the surgery for a 2nd opinion, or if I felt comfortable with the resolution, a prescription from the chemist. Within 2 hours of that initial online form I was back at home with my meds, and a few days later was feeling much better. I was always a little dubious about the whole online approach to GP services, and thought it added an additional layer of bureaucracy, however this fit in perfectly with work and I didn't need to take any time off to see my doctor. For my situation it sped up the process greatly. Thanks Meadowview!

The Practice is amazing. I keep hearing about people at other surgeries how difficult it is to get an appointment and how they are not being cared for. Meadowview couldn’t be more different. My husband has several medical issues and he has easily obtained appointments online and in person, without a long wait and often on the same day as requested. Everyone who works there is friendly polite and helpful. They really seem to care. I can only thank everyone and hope they are able to continue, as everyone knows how difficult it is for NHS staff after Covid and spending cuts.

I just wanted to express my sincere thank you to you all at Meadowview Surgery for the care my family have received on numerous occasions over the last few months. Every time myself, my partner, or children have needed medical advice you have been so understanding, thoughtful and extremely prompt! As a member of NHS staff myself, I know a bad word spreads much quicker than a good one and the past few years have been extremely challenging for us all. Thank you for your continued care, compassion and commitment to the health and well being of our community. It does not go unnoticed.
