    The asthma nurse I saw at the surjery was very unhelpful probably needs some further training I went corby instead afterwards turns out I did need prednisone as my asthma was out of control very poor service received by the surjery.

    Need to talk to a doctor about concerns following the results of my partners scan at a nearby hospital. When trying to book an appointment was told the next available appt. is late June - that is over 6 weeks away. I find this cruel. The receptionist being polite and efficient is fine but that doesn't help the fact that i am honestly scared that of what that might mean.

    After treatment for a presumed urinary track infection, my GP noticed upon review of my blood test results, that the test indicated no infection. This caused him to refer me for an ultrasound and cystoscope that revealed a mass on my kidney, a further ct scan confirmed a cancerous tumor on my kidney, and I was fast tracked for a subsequent left open nephrectomy. The successful surgery was a direct result of my GP’s diligence in noticing the lack of infection on my blood test. I feel my GP made the difference in my cancer being diagnosed and treated promptly.

    I would very much like to compliment and sincerely thank doctor 'b' for my recent excellent consultation with him. He was very sympathetic, considerate and extremely understanding when I discussed my current health problems and concerns, which I very much appreciated in every way. jm

    I needed to see someone after tripping causing damage to my face. My nurse was wonderful . She was so nice, she immediately calmed me and made me comfortable. She tended my injuries and helped with easing my nerves. I’m really grateful for her professional care. Thank you all at St Luke’s. You are a stars 🙏

    I’ve been trying to make appointment, now for months , to see a GP , after back surgery, unable to get in , and now finally got appointment, in 3 months time ,this is so unacceptable, I’ll be in a wheelchair by then , the medical centre you need to get yourselfs sorted out , you have many training days but your staff are very rude to ill patients,

    I have had an issue for over 5 weeks, did the online form and the info I got given hasn’t helped so I tried to call for an appointment and 3 days on a trot the practice was at capacity. Managed to speak to a paramedic on the phone, again their info hasn’t helped so I have tried again to get an appointment to be told they are at capacity. I work first thing in the morning so struggle to call as soon as they open and if I do manage I work so can’t just take time off. I call on my day off and they always seem to be at capacity. I shouldn’t have to go to Corby walk in to be seen. Poor service and reception staff can be very rude in tone, it shouldn’t take me over 5 weeks to get an appointment!

    During very difficult time with 90+ year old father and deteriorating health, the Medical Centre Staff went above and beyond to ensure his appropriate treatment. Their positive interaction was especially comforting for me, who was really struggling at the time

    Trying to get through on the phone lines to the surgery is not fit fir purpose engaged till 9am then eventually when you do get through you get told sorry no appointments go to corby urgent care centre then when your at corby they ask why your there and then you have to explain to corby you were told to go there as no appointments it really is a poor service to patients.

We have recruited more clinical staff to expand our appointment offering, however, when no appointments are available we do have to advise patients to attend an urgent care centre.     Phone lines are always busy waiting times of over hour, call in the evening offered first appointment for 6th June today is 15/4/24, have to call at 8am and cannot get through as is always busy. I have to go to work at 8am and its not urgent just need to speak with my GP regarding problems and medication
