Turned up on time, parking very easy short wait and seen by friendley and helpful consultant. No complaints,all worked for me.

Having completed an online consultation form I was amazed to be rung within 30 minutes and offered an appointment that very afternoon. I saw a very nice physio who referred me for an x-Ray. The next day I got a call to collect the X-ray form from the surgery. I took the form to medway hospital X-ray who said the form was not signed. They refused to give it back to me in case I forged a signature. I paid £2.20 for 10 minutes of hospital parking. I went back to the gp, they printed another copy and signed it and also texted me a code. I went back to the hospital where a different receptionist said it looked like a child had scribbled on it. I gave her the code, she said the online info was filled in wrong. She went and spoke to a manager who said they would accept it on this occasion, in front of a queue of people I felt like I was fraudulently trying to get an xray! What started off so well and would have been a fantastic review has been ruined by admin errors.

The procedure went very well eventhough Cervical smear is not a comfortable procedure. The Nurse made me feel at ease and she was very professional.

Spoke to the doctor over the telephone. She was thorough in planning forward my care. I waited for this appointment since November but worth the wait. Thank you.

Helpful reception staff,clean and welcoming surgery. Wonderful gp who was very thorough,I felt listened to and my best interests were put first.a treatment plan was put in place and a refferal to the relevant services was made.

I completed a econsult online and swiftly received notification of a appointment This practice is an example of the way an efficient service is run in every way from the very helpful receptionist to the doctor seen. I was called in absolutely on time and the doctor was not only caring but also very sincere and extremely professional. My worries was immediately taken care off and my future health plan mapped out in layman’s terms with the doctor taking time to explain the way forward and future appointments. Having been with this surgery for 5 years at first I was impressed. Could get an appointment now I can, if I’m lucky do an econsult and again if lucky someone will call! Sad to think that GP surgery have come to this.

I recently received care from the st Mary's island surgery. Their patients care was very caring and helpful. This made my recovery much easier knowing that I had the best care on offer.
