    The practice offers excellent support to cancer patients, they have provided me with wonderful support throughout my personal journey with cancer. I have found it very reassuring. My heartfelt thanks goes out to all the team at the practice.

    Submitted econsult for an infection as soon as the lines opened - 8am Friday morning. Wait till 3am to hear back from the surgery to advise me no appointments available for the day. Earliest available - midday Monday. Attended, prescribed antibiotics, except it's now 3pm on Monday still no prescription with pharmacy - on hold to the surgery (15th in the queue). Negligent delays in treatment, causing deterioration in conditions experienced by patients.

    M ary the social prescriber has really helped me out with some issues I’ve had, speaking to her has really benefited me she has really looked out for me. I feel she really enjoys her job and loves helping people. She’s great to speak to and listens well

    I missed a call from the SMI surgery during the 4 hour window they said they would call. No message left but I did receive a text advising to call back or it would be assumed I no longer needed treatment. I called back, number 18 in the queue.16 minutes later my call is answered only but they could not hear me so they hung up. I called again. 18 in the queue again so I tried the call back option. It didn't work, just left on hold. 23 minutes later the call is cut off. The worst service I have experienced and it continues find new depths of failure. How can you be expected to catch a call during a 4 hour slot and work for a living? Why not leave a message for me?

    Cannot get through to the practice over phone, only way to try and get an appointment is via econsult system. Every attempt to get an appointment is shambles. Have not seen my GP in years, don't even know who they may be for any of my family. Now that a need arose - they rang me back end of day Friday to let me know no appointments available until Monday. Advised to ring 111 over the weekend. Same story with kids' ailments over past couple of years - absolutely no regard to the patients, and if you're lucky enough to get an appointment - it will never be on time let alone being able to pick up the medicine children have been prescribed following the appointment.

    After waiting on the phone for 30 minutes I was told to fill in online form. The outcome of the completed form was that I had to ring my health care provider. Could not get through a second time! The receptionist had been very friendly and told me the system wasn't there to put barriers in my way. I filled it in a second time, leaving some important information out, and it did submit. Now they don't have all the info. Ridiculous system in my view. No appointments on the day via the phone and a day wait for the e- consult. Not very helpful for the older generation.
