IFollowing some unpleasant visits over the years, I have recently had some minor treatment and have been massively impressed with the Practice Nurses, and the Medical Receptionist. All of those involved were really helpful, polite, put me at ease and went out of their way to help me manage my appointments around my work commitments. I cannot speak highly enough of them all. Thank you so much for your help!!!

Reception are always polite and willing to help, and go obove and beyond on occasions. The Nurses especially are excellent. Obviously highly educated and always willing to listen and are always understanding. I don't remember the last time I had an issue at this practice.

I was recently invited for a health check which after blood test brought up I was diabetic 2, if the invitation hadn’t have been sent I would have possible been unaware of this for many years. The nurses I had contact with were both wonderful, gave me the information I needed. Thank you hillside health centre for your care over the last 50 years.

Went for blood pressure test, nurse found other problem and said i had to get to hospital immediately. Problem was dealt with by Southport Hospital with wonderful service. The Clinic at Manor Primary Care was excellent.

Attended for routine health check. Was advised of why this is done any benificial lifestyle changes. Due to a concern, an appointment made with doctor. Further tests done and results of health check given at same time. Everyone involved were caring and informative. Whole process was very smooth and provided helpful, informative, and non- judgmental advice in how to stay healthy. I would definately recommend taking up the offer of this service.

The nurses in the practice are all lovely, they care and are empathitic. Very thorough with check ups . Also make you feel very comfortable and welcoming .
