I’ve never been refused an appointment. Anytime I call within the allotted hours, I receive a call or f2f appointment on the same day. The team at reception is fabulous and the Doctors go above and beyond to support. Would recommend highly

I've only had to use this practice twice in 2022. On both occasions I was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. In Dec 2022 I reached out via telephone, doctor called me back within a couple of hours and after listening advised for blood tests which he arranged immediately. Following results I was proactively called back with an appointment for Saturday! I also received a follow up call a week later to arrange visit with nurse for prediabetic diagnosis and booked for Jan 2023!

Manor Park Surgery is one of the best as I always found it really helpful for the people in the reception and the doctors they are all very friendly. Nurses always pays attention to their patients carefully listening to their problems. I have never faced any long delays in answering the phone calls, prescriptions and all the other things.

I've been with this practice since a while now I have never been delayed during the phone calls, no unusual waiting time. All the doctors and nurses are really good and reception staff is very helpful all the time. I've never faced any issues with any kind of stuff. All in all, the surgery is really amazing.

Very helpful doctors and staff. I am patient with this long time. I am very happy with the survive i getting from them. I always received call if my blood test due every three months.
