Seen as arranged at the time slot, and the process fully explained prior to the injection ( Shingles) and the follow up appointment booked. Very efficient and painless.

After recently moving to this surgery after horrific experience at another nuneaton surgery during my pregnancy. This surgery is breath of fresh air. The receptionists are a credit to the NHS, all of them are friendly, bright and helpful. Helped get my poorly 1 month old a telephone appointment right away and were so helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this surgery enough

It's impossible to get appointments. In the rare instance you can and ask for the doctor to phone you after 2.30pm as your at work and have no reception for your phone. They ring at 10am and then tell your spouse you have to make another appointment as you are not there to answer them and hang up
