Appointment with the paramedic was on time, he was friendly and knowledgeable , was able to answer any questions I had and told me I would be contacted if there was any problems with my blood sample

The doctor today listened to our issues and gave patient centred advice. She called back as planned to check up on my daughter and monitor her condition. The doctor was very reassuring and made sure we had health advice to follow over the weekend if things don't improve. Excellent service from today's emergency appointment.

The lady doctor I saw today was really lovely and the receptionist was so helpful and even rung me back to make my next appointment before I had even got back home. She was a credit to the surgery

Nurse was fantastic. I felt waiting room was very quite and could hear reception on the phone and talking to patients at the desk

The procedure was fine. Disappointing: no solution to not being able to book on line (surgery not recognised); on return home, a message asking me to make an appointment for a blood pressure check. This could have been done alongside the blood test.

I had an issue that I was extremely concerned about and the Clinician reassured me and put my mind at rest. She also arranged a further investigation, was very approachable and put me at ease.

Called as soon as they opened and got an appointment that morning. Consultant was very engaging and said it was good that I came in as I needed a prescription for antibiotics. Overall great and fast service
