I felt I was listened to by the reception staff and they acted quickly to provide me with an appointment. I was very pleased with the amount of information the GP gave me, and put my mind at rest.

I always panic about going to the doctors but I felt at ease could talk about my health problems and got them dealt with lovely g.p practice

This practice was OK when it had regular doctors but now they use locum doctors who are often unfriendly and very cold even to children. My experience there the past few times I’ve been there hasn’t been great at all and I wouldn’t recommend this GP’s surgery. To get an appt is near impossible and when you are lucky to get one, the doctors look and act like they don’t want to be there and can’t wait to get rid of you. I always leave feeling like I wasted my time!

Dear Patient Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am really sorry to read you were not happy with the service you have received from the surgery. We do use locums but they are regular locums so I am sorry you were not happy, I am happy if you would like me to phone you to discuss your complaint. The surgery are using a system called Anima, this is a triaging system that is proving to be very successful, to date all the patients who have used it have received a response on the day of their request with either an appointment or advise. Kept waiting although I knew nobody was being seen by the Practice nurse. She was very nice when I saw her and listened well, answered my questions and I felt cared for

Called to drop a sample in. All went very well. The receptionist was great. Was nice and easy. Saved having to try and booke an appointment. So the receptionist was really helpful and polite

I had to have few contacts with the GP practice in the last few weeks, for me and my young children. The receptionists have always been nice, kind and ready to help. The doctors we met were very professional and acted on my requests. The practice nurse and the paramedic I saw were very nice, well prepared and expert in the procedures they carried out. I believe that at a time when GP practices get so many complaints, it is important to share episodes of good care. Many thanks.
