For some years the practice fell short in many ways but was taken over recently and is back to being very good again.

Despite not having an appointment, the receptionist spoke to the nurse for me, and she made a referral straight away to the hospital. This particular nurse is such a gentle, caring person who is so reassuring. She also did my granddaughter's 3rd lot of injections today and she didn't even cry!

Went to see the nurse practitioner. Very happy with the advice and support. The Nurse was patient and spoke to me in a caring and friendly way.

Following a long series of nosebleeds, I contacted this practice which arranged an emergency consultation to refer me to ENT.

Was very pleased when I rang at 8 managed to get an appointment for the same day as I'm not often unwell and haven't been to see a doctor for a couple of years but was in a lot of pain

Appointment was easy to make. Advanced nurse practitioner was superb. No rush with her. Took the time to listen and arrange tests and medication.
