Every time the appointment time is late ,as the Doctor comes late ,you always need to wait like 40 minutes after the time scheduled.Also ,looks like all the problems are Anxiety and Stress relatead,like there is no other disease posible ,they don't listen patients symptoms properly .

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback, this helps us to improve our service. Please except my apologies if you had to wait 40 minutes over you scheduled appointment time. We allocate 10 minute appointment slots for GP’s and sometimes these can go over depending on the symptoms or outcomes of investigations presented. Our GP’s always try to adhere to the 10 minute slots but can be difficult to manage from time to time. I hope you have a better experience next time you contact us.
