Just had my dreaded Smear with the nurse. I usually hate having to do this, but the nurse made me feel so relaxed and helped by us having a giggle too. She is absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much.

Thank you to all staff . Following the recent merger , as an infrequent and anxious user of GP services , I had some concerns . However…. Quality reception staff , patient , kind and professional . Practice nurse amazing as always . GP approachable and knowledgeable. I was made to feel so welcome and at ease . Thank you - you are facing tremendous challenges … but it doesn’t show !

From first phone call to face to face appointment referral for hospital tests then results all in less then 2 weeks thank you Longton Lane surgery you do a great job.
