The help I get from my doctor is just outstanding. He takes his time to read things and give me advice when needed . He's lovely and can go to him Iver anything. The nurses are equally as good and always make sure they have time to so what they do. I have been with longshoot for 8 years. They have helped me get the treatment that I need and made sure I'm well looked after with aftercare. The only thing I will say badly is that the reception is nkt very well thought out . When your in the waiting room you can hear everything they say on the phone and that they day after . This I feel needs to be private as they are dealing with personal information and ill people on the phone. They have some very kind and caring receptionist, but they also have some that need to learn what compassion is as they can be very rude and short from time to time . I understand it can be frustrating but they also need to understand its also frustrating to us to get an appointment not everyone can use the ask my gp app . But yet the good way out the bad. The lady today was lovely and I hope this continues. Over all with some issues I will always say this is a 10 out of 10 doctors!

I found the annual review process really helpful and informative. It identified areas where I could improve my health and condition based on test results then the practitioner was good at giving ways to do that.

Had a nice lengthy chat during my annual review. Lots of medication matters were discussed, and the nurse listened carefully to my issues.

I always receive a first class service from this practice. The GP we see is always compasionate, understanding and efficient. The reception staff (who often get a bad press) are always most kind and patient when I speak to them

I was not feeling well when attending for my 8 weekly injection. I was treated with consideration, able to explain current symptoms. Felt I was listened too and helped to resolve a reappointment issue. Professionally and effectively treated.
