Review titled Horrible place
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 28 October 2024
Since the new online econsult was introduced, you will not see a GP face to face unless you are gravely ill. When submitting econsults, it takes forever to get a reply, and it's usually not the one you'd expect (no phone consultation is ever done when it would vastly improve the outcome). I have raised concerns about multiple symptoms and they were never addressed by medical professional. Simple requests take long time to be completed. None of the staff there seems to care about the patients - I was even laughed at over the phone over concerns about my medical condition. They will try to get you to travel to other surgeries for treatment, or you'll have to wait 2-3 weeks to attend the one you're actually part of. The worst surgery I was ever a patient of.

Review titled Worst surgery I ever attended
Rated 1 star out of 5

Almost impossible to get appointment which i need every quarter. Each time I spend half my working day waiting on the phone to get an appointment. That is if I get through at all as they close lines for 2 hours over lunch and often the automated system says they are too busy and hangs up the call. If I do get through the appointment is often too late for my regular injection leaving me in a condition where I am unsafe to drive or work productively. If I try to book early they refuse to give me the injection. I have suspected injections are too far apart as I reach this condition regularly weeks before my injection. Miraculously I managed to get an consult and was sent for a blood test. After no contact I contacted them and was told all is normal and that is case closed despite me still having the symptoms. No further diagnostic attempt was ever made and I am left tired frustrated angry and obviously with some problem they don't care to help with. This company should not be allowed to be running NHS related surgeries as they are obviously uncaring or incompetent.

Review titled Not possible to contact
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Peter - Posted on 02 October 2024
Not possible to speak with any living being over the phone. The anima app requests are being closed without resolving. I am bed ridden and I was requested to present myself in person to pick up my fit note... Just awful and unhelpful... Looks like everyone forgot the Hippocratic Oath there... Avoid like a plague.

Review titled Poor, still poor.
Rated 1 star out of 5

Impossible to get through to on the phone. Made to jump through Anima hoops after they admit e-consult wasn't fit for purpose. This is still the case. No clear timings for when anyone will get back to. Just depends how important they perceive it to be.

Review titled Poor experience as always.
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 02 January 2024
Since the closure of Harefield Surgery and the lack of any human involvement or communication, I feel more and more vulnerable and isolated. E consult is not fit for purpose at best- not least as it is always closed and you cannot complete one outside working hours- but is isolating and cumbersome at best. I think it is time to find a new Doctor's practice. I wish the Livingwell Partnership had left well alone..

I had a routine gp appointment at St Luke's Surgery for a mole change that was worrying me. The GP I saw was wonderful and reassuring and even hugged me when I told her how worried I was. I've never had any issues with Living Well Partnership

Review titled Poor practice used to be with ladies walk practice
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Les - Posted on 03 January 2024
Ladies walk practice was excellent but since it became living well partnership it is poorly managed doctors get a Wednesday afternoon off for a meeting every month,Midanbury practice was closed without consultation with its patients, people are sent all over the city for consultation usually with a nurse but try to get a call back from a doctor or see a doctor it’s almost impossible, once phoned up with a health issue three times and over 5 days before I got a phone call I would even say this surgery really is not for purpose and as for e-consult or anima this is just a farce, how can a doctor tell what’s a matter with you over a phone. There’s a couple of layer to go through before you can see your doctor

Review titled Negligent surgery
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 19 June 2023
Recently moved to this surgery, previous GP advised I required a smear test which I was unable to go ahead with due to moving house and changing address. Despite making this clear to this surgery and explaining my symptoms they're refusing to go ahead with this due to their policy which requires me to wait until next year. Refusing a smear test when I have serious symptoms and risking my health due to a policy is not good enough.
