Review titled Children cannot be seen by a doctor
Rated 1 star out of 5

The practice procedures seem to change weekly but are not published anywhere. Despite having been told just over two weeks ago my child could be seen by a doctor the practice receptionist has confirmed no children can be seen at the surgery by a doctor and must be seen by a nurse at Emberbrook instead, the other side of Esher Also you can no longer book face to face appointments with a GP by phone.

Fantastic service from all the staff I engaged with. Definitely noticed an improvement in appointments and service. Can't fault them at all. Flu jab was also really efficient. Thank you

Review titled No practice at all.
Rated 1 star out of 5

I fractured my hip in January 23. Kingston Hospital provided amazing care. Following that I needed a GP to respond to urgently to a problem. After 3 attempts I had to call111 and was immediately called by a doctor who prescribed antibiotics electronically so that they could be collected from my pharmacy. More recently, rheumatology at Kingston wrote to inform the doctor that I had been diagnosed with osteoporosis and asked the surgery to monitor my bone blood health and prescribe Adcal for daily intake. The letter seemed to go astray and I eventually sent it directly to the GP. A clinician or receptionist called me and said I could buy it over the counter, which I have done, and have had no response at all from GP. I really find this difficult to comprehend. I have never met or spoken to either doctor at Littleton since I registered.

Finally the surgery is on the rise. Seems to have had a completly new staff overhaul including a new manager. She was very pleasent and understanding when I had to contact the surgery. Seems to be a better booking system is in place. Can only get better if they keep this up.
