   Registered for the practice telling them specifically what I wanted to do. They booked an appointment for the following month, and then when I contacted them about a mental health assessment they went on to refer me to the completely wrong service (a talking therapies service who specifically told me over the phone that they can't do that). After waiting a month for my appointment and then sitting in the waiting room for over an hour I was told that they couldn't do what I wanted to do, followed by a condescending explanation that I should've been told it wasn't possible when I signed up over a month ago, which I wasn't.
