The doctor I saw was very good. I saw him way back in Sept 2023 with my stress looking after my mother. I am less stressed.I have an infection in my mouth. Very good consultation.

I had to see doctor c few times over last months about my medical problem. Doctor was very attentive and helpful. She listened to my problems and examined well. The doctor knew about my past medical problem and was asking related questions. I was treated really well and doctor was very caring. I was comfortable talking with her. I would like to say that all staff and Doctors at Little Park Surgery are very helpful and I feel I am getting best care from this practice. I would suggest it to others too.

Went to Little Park Surgery to ask about disposal of used syringes after the hospital told me my GP surgery ‘will’ dispose of them, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. I am a man in my 50’s and not easily offended but if I spoke to people the way I was spoken to I would lose my job. I also know several other people who have had a similar experience.

Dear Patient Thank you for taking time to share your feedback, We are sorry the hospital gave you the incorrect advice. The correct procedure requires you to contact Hounslow Borough to organise the collection of your sharp bin. The receptionist turned around to hand you the form and instructions on how to do it. However you had turned around and left the premises before she managed to do it. Please report to reception to collect your form.

My treatment by staff at front desk . Drs Nurses .behind scenes and managers Have done us proud. Always listens nothing too much trouble.

Yesterday I had a doctor's appointment and the doctor did not seem at all interested in listening to anything I had to say to him. I asked why I was having a second blood test and the only word I could make out in his mumbled answer was 'bones'. I had my hearing aids in, so I know it wasn't that. I've become really concerned that the doctors at the surgery think that I'm a stupid old woman who's wasting their time.

Helped kindly by reception staff to sort out an issue. At appointment Doctor was absolutely brilliant with me and listened and understood. So patient also. Came out feeling totally heard and 100% happy with the advice given.

This is a very poor practice. I had bloods first taken on the 8th Feb. Since then I've had them repeated 4 times due to the bloods being left standing or lost. I was even admitted to A&E at 11pm on a Friday night and the bloods showed a dangerously high potassium level all due to the bloods being left standing before testing. Bloods taken for a fourth time two weeks ago and I am still awaiting the result. The worst practice I've ever registered with. Not to mention it takes about 8 weeks to get an appointment. Also can never get through on the phone and I'm not sure why as whenever I've been in there the phone isn't even ringing. If there is something wrong with me it'll be too late to get any treatment as I've already waiting almost 3 months just for the blood tests.

I got a care from gps I got help from my gps to mange my blood sugar levels It’s easy to book an appointment with receptionist

The practice has given me an excellent service from start to finish (receptionist, nurses and doctors). They arranged prompt hospital appointments and reviews. All along they have shown understanding and empathy. Keep up the great work

It’s very good surgery and the Doctors they advised always very nicely and always give appointments on phone call quickly and blood test as well and they call every two weeks to check cross to me how’s I feel what my diabetes level and what I do and they suggest what I do I’m very very happy with she always give me path where I have to go. Thanks to all team Reception and Doctors and Nurses.
