I called reception at 8.30am explained my symptoms and was given an immediate appointment. Dr Shah knew immediately how unwell I was and rather than send me home with antibiotics he sent me to hospital immediately. A week later I am still here being looked after and will make a full recovery but if he had not acted in that way I could have become extremely unwell . I am so grateful to the receptionist and of course to Dr Shah

After being ill for 3 1/2 months everyone has gone above and beyond from reception and office staff, to the GP’s and nurses to help me. The virtual hospital requested samples without the GP’s knowledge and they sent them off for me after tracking down the details.

My wife and I joined this surgery some months ago and have been very impressed by the efficiency and courteous manner of all the staff, medical and otherwise, with whom we have come into contact. I sent a letter to the doctor about a prescription that I felt I needed and received a very helpful response the following day.

I cannot praise Little Bushey Surgery enough. They are without doubt the very best of surgeries in our area, and we are extremely blessed to have such wonderful doctors, practice nurses and all the wonderful office staff who all treat you with care and consideration. When I went to join the practice in August 22023, unbeknown to me I had very high blood pressure and the practice assistant on the front desk would not allow me to leave without seeing a doctor. I met a lovely doctor for the first time within 20 minutes and she took a full history and dealt with the problem there and then, following it up with another appointment shortly thereafter. Wow we actually do see doctors here. They are a shining example of how to run and look after their patients. Since joining them in August 2023, they have all treated my husband and I with respect, care and consideration. I saw another lovely doctor today as I have recurring problem with myarthrictic fingers and he was so charming and helpful and is referrring me for further help. With our grateful thanks to all of you.

Within half an hour of calling I was seen by a lovely locum doctor and referred to a consultant - referral letter was ready within a couple of hours - couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you very much

From the moment I made the appointment to see a doctor with the reception team , and a follow up with the phlebotomist, the welcome and quality of service received from the surgery was exceptional and most welcoming and calming. The surgery was welcoming and waiting areas quiet and a great sense of decorum displayed by all in the public areas. Well done!! Wish I had found you 10 years ago !!! Having served in the NHS in pharmacy, I found this experienced at the surgery a pleasure to visit and there was every assurance of being helped and sorted! Bravo.

The surgery has improved tremendously during the last few months. Fortunately I don’t need to contact the surgery very often but on Monday I called to make an appointment and received one that morning. The receptionist was efficient and asked for details in an unobtrusive way. My appointment was on time and the doctor very efficient in dealing with my issue, with a very pleasant and professional manner. All staff are pleasant making the visit very comfortable . Long May this continue, many thanks to all.
