   I have found that you are kept away from Dr's at this surgery by the reception staff. I have even been booked in with a nurse who had to apologise as she was not qualified for my problem and went and asked the Dr what to do. Now it appears if you do not accept your prescriptions from the on site pharmacy they will interrogate you as to why and do everything within their power to stop you going anywhere else. Even if it is for heart medication.
