Dual flu and COVID jabs. I just want to express how extremely well oiled and organised your services and management yesterday. It just resonates to me that well organised and methodical management practices vastly increases efficiency at a very beneficial way. Investment doesn't necessarily equate to a better services. I see the way forward for the NHS lies in its management. Extremely well done. Thank you.

Attended the surgery for my Covid and flue jab on Saturday 5 October. I was seen on time and the whole process was undertaken with efficiency and in a thoroughly professional manner.

I had a Saturday morning appointment for the above Clinic. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The clinic ran like clockwork with chairs made available for those of us less mobile waiting in the queue. Thank you

I have been asked to send a review about my experience on Saturday 5th October. I feel appointment times should have been checked as people were arriving early hence the long queue. I waited for almost 45minutes despite me arriving at the correct time for my appointment. Otherwise things seemed quite well organised.

Dear Mrs Harris. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We have checked our system and we can see that your total time here on Saturday from your point of arrival to the point you left the room once vaccinated was 26 minutes. Whilst we can appreciate that our clinic has fell short of your expectations on this occasion, on this day we successfully managed to protect over 600 of our vulnerable patients from winter illnesses - which we are incredibly proud of. Staff and volunteers gave up there own time to make this a possibility, and will continue to do so each Saturday throughout October and running into early November. We routinely review our flu/covid clinics and regularly make changes, where possible, to ensure our patients have a good experience whilst here. As you have correctly stated, we do have a number of patients who do arrive early for appointments which unfortunately does have an impact on queue times. We are now sending reminders on the day of the appointment asking patients not to arrive more than 10 minutes early and have found that this has been helping to ease traffic in the surgery. We will review this again and if we can make further improvements to our service to ensure our flu/covid clinics run smoothly we will implement them. Attended the surgery and was greeted by an assistant who directed me to the correct short que for my Flu snd Covid inoculation. I was in and out in just under 10 mins and the nurse who gave me the injections was brilliant as I hardly felt any pain at all.

I have a recurring health issue that has been particularly difficult this year. I would like to send my heartfelt thanks to all the Doctors and receptionists who have helped me. I know that your caring, non judgmental approach has helped me immensely. In particular today whilst arranging an appointment with the Gp my call got cut off but the wonderful receptionist booked me an appointment with one of the partners and sent me a message to explain. I was so grateful and the Doctor i saw was brilliant and greatly reassured me so that now I can get on with enjoying life again. All of the Doctors and staff I have encountered this year have been so understanding and I am eternally grateful. Thank you all.

I had my flu and Covid vaccination yesterday. I was concerned as I cannot have injections in my right arm, it was soon sorted and I came away very impressed with my care. Also in and out very quickly and on time

I received a text offering me a rsv vaccination with a link. I followed the link to be told no appointments available. A pointless waste of my time and their resources. Then had a message through the nhs app. offering the same thing with the same result. The invitation expires in a week so what am I supposed to do? I’ve now had to edit this review because I put rsv and nhs in capitals. You couldn’t make it up.

We are currently in the process of creating more rsv vaccination clinics and will contact eligible patients further once these are in place. We have now stopped sending out invitation links and we apologise that you have received one without there being an available appointment. Pleased to find that Lion health have at last resolved that horrific problem of being kept in a long telephone morning queue attempting to obtain an appointment. I was able to speak to a real person very quickly and given an early appointment. Staff patient and efficient. I was given clear explanation of possible cause of my problem and necessary follow up advice I have been fortunate to only need medical advice occasionally. On my few visits have always found staff competent,helpful and pleasant, the main problem was obtaining the appointment especially after online advance booking ceased. Good to find it is now resumed. Not all conditions need a same day appointment
