Staff nice and polite . As a patient with heart failure it would be nice to be checked out by a doctor or heart failure nurse specialist once in a while.

Call from GP following day, text re attending hospital for chest X-ray the day after, attended hospital on Friday morning, in and out in 20 minutes and results on Sunday evening.

The helpfulness of the receptionist and I was able to see the GP that day and from that consultation a referral was sent. Excellent service.

I completed the on line form with symptoms etc. and submitted it. I had a text message telling me that I had been triaged and that I will be contacted when an appointment is available. There was no advice, so I don’t know how long it’s safe for me to double up on my medication for. I did seek advice from all other sources and exhausted my options before contacting the GP for an appointment. I’m still awaiting an appointment to be sent. I’ll be heading back to the pharmacy later to ask how long it is safe for me to double my medication because I am exceeding the maximum suggested dose. I’m also going to run out of medication early now. I’m not really sure how I feel about being triaged without being spoken to, without having any answers, timescales or advice whilst waiting for an appointment. I don’t even know how long I’m supposed to wait for. Not a good experience of Lime Tree Surgery, but in their defence it is the first time I’ve experienced this kind of service from them.

Reception very nice & responded to my problem. Called back as promised & appointment given for following morning. Nurse extremely kind and efficient. Felt very much at ease.

I have had my annually asthma check up. Which is just now an online questionnaire. As I currently have no issues. I hope if my responses had not been so positive a face to face appointment would have been suggested. The asthma care plan sent through seemed hardly worth the time or postage. Identical to previous years only this time no personal figures were entered - I was obviously expected to calculate these myself. The amber increase of the preventer inhaler is actually my normal dosage 2 puffs twice a day. Am I to assume I should drop my normal dosage down to one puff twice a day? My best reading is now 6 years old. As I age would this perhaps fall off it is not clear.

Just a routine annual blood test 4 years over due! Covid and back log i suppose. Text msg to book and making appt all good. Went to Durrington as convenient for that day. Receptionist and nurse very pleasant and efficient.
