    I was treated with respect and empathy. The nurse was very gentle with the procedure which I really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, I wasn’t rushed and felt I could open up about anything worrying me.

    Very clean and very quick booking in service. Waiting room wasn't full which meant itnwas peaceful. Parking was a bit of a struggle

    The nurse took the blood sample. I hardly felt a thing. No bruise. She also gave me helpful information about the results of a previous blood test. Richard Stanfield

    Phone receptionist able to recommend next steps - a sample - delivered - diagnosis by text fine for this condition - prescription ready next morning - only issue that lime tree surgery in the valley was not accepting samples on that day, so had to drive on to Durrington to deliver - had been advised that either surgery would be fine

    The receptionist acts as a gate keeper. Unable to book an appointment through reception, anecdotal advice on prescription charges due to medical exemption. Referred to eConsult for appointment making; that is totally inadequate and for the elderly would put off many, albeit the most determined. My overall experience has led me to believe that GPs are now so removed from their patients that they are now only reactive rather than proactive in preventing ailments, diseases or other health problems.

    The call back system worked efficiently, the receptionist was helpful and gave clear information regarding sample collection and duty list and the doctor issued a prescription to the pharmacy for immediate collection. I have recovered. Thank you all!

    Since being diagnosed with serious illness in the form of pancreatic cancer I have found that the speed and level of support has been very impressive and thanks to the third GP I saw I was treated as a top priority and my thanks go to everyone involved in my care
