I had a disappointing experience with the reception staff, who acted as if working there was a punishment. Their behavior was unprofessional, and they were often rude and dismissive. It's nearly impossible to reach them by phone, and when they do answer, the information provided is frequently incorrect. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of understanding of GDPR guidelines, raising concerns about how personal information is being handled. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service and communication from staff who are meant to assist. This situation requires serious attention and accountability.

I found the doctor to be sympathetic and helpful. She advised me according to my situation and was quite sympathetic.

It was great to have the Dr take the time to listen to my fairs and uncomfortableness of my history of why I had the issues I had. I appreciate 🙏🏽 the fact that I was listened to as well as supported. As an Army veteran who has experience no support or help from the military in the past. I am truly grateful 🙏🏽 to see that the patient matters and is the priority 🙏🏽.

A burn wound on my lower lip had not healed after 3 months. My request to see a GP was not granted, but was referred to specialists,which meant a 23 week waiting time at least. At my further request, I was eventually seen by an advanced nurse. She was very patient in examining my burn wound and the photo records. Her prescription and advice were effective. One week after using the prescribed medicine and following her advice, my burn wound has basically healed, which ended my 3 month suffering and render the already arranged referral to specialists no longer necessary, a saving to the NHS resources. My full compliments to the advanced nurse.

I held off joining this practice for a year because of the bad reviews but since joining I cannot speak highly enough about my good experience at Liberty Bridge. The majority of my visits have been met with exceptional care, professionalism, and attentiveness. The doctors and nurses truly listen, making me feel heard, valued as a patient and confident in managing my health issues. They ensure my concerns are addressed, never rushing through appointments and always taking the time to explain things clearly. On the occasion I had cause to complain, this was addressed and resolved swiftly by the reception team. I highly recommend this surgery – a true 5-star service!

I didn't imagine I'd be patronised and told "it's not our problem" when I call about a simple prescription pharmacy address error. Being talked down to and patronised the way I was...I strongly advise the practise retrain their staff in basic telephone manners.

I recently opened an e-consult and was contacted promptly by the doctor on the next day with a referral for a blood test. After the results came out I booked a follow-up e-consult and, again, by the next day, a doctor called me to explain my results. The doctor was very knowledgeable and offered me helpful insights into how to improve my health. The whole process was swift and I'm pleased with the care provided.

It’s very difficult to access a GP. Reception do not answer the phone often. GP telephone appointments are during 2 or 3 hour windows, and then the GP calls outside of the agreed time. Tried to complain, referred to website which sent me back to the same reception telephone number. There just seems no real interest in providing access to medical services. They need to train their reception properly and change their appointment system. It just isn’t fit for purpose.

On a Friday, I went to the doctor's surgery to inquire about the results of my X-rays. While leaning on the reception desk, the receptionist asked me to refrain from doing so. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional, especially since other people were leaning on the desk without being asked to move away.

We have also now put up a sign against each reception desk politely asking patients not to lean over the desk. From start to finish the visit was very stressful for me. The people working at the reception behaved as if they had to do this job as a punishment. Very unprofessional. It looked like they were meeting for a drink. Very unpleasant. I felt intimidated by them. Terrible experience. I hope someone will sort this out.
