Once again The Leiston Surgery delivered a smoothly efficient, friendly and professional ‘flu and COVID vaccination programme. We are so fortunate to have such an excellent team in the community!

Well organised, efficient service and pleasant medical team. The Covid and flu injections were given without any wasting of time. I am not happy that the nhs spent time and money on texts and letters informing us that we were eligible for our 5th booster. Both my husband and I were sent letters consisting of pages of print. Why isn’t the nhs linked to the surgeries?

I had my covid/flu jab on the 22nd oct 2022 and it was organised so well no waiting in and out in a few minutes,first class well done to the staff

I and my brother have just attended Saturday special clinic for flu and Covid injections. The clinic very clearly organised, attended by efficient friendly staff. The injection procedure patiently and clearly explained, with no sense of hurry, and that one really mattered. Thank you.

Was invited to attend surgery at short notice for COVID and Flu jabs. The clinic was very well organised and I was treated very promptly.

Got a phone call in the morning and went for covid and flu jabs later that day. Very well organised and efficient even though it was extremely busy. One way systems in place even in the carpark with volunteers placed in strategic places to help if needed. Excellent!

The organisation behind the vaccination programme seemed flawless and the whole procedure was over in a moment. I genuinely felt no discomfort at the time of injection, all staff and volunteers were kindly and respectful. Rating? 10/10

As always with leiston surgery everything went smoothly and efficiently, covid and flu jabs done on time and quick. Great service from all the staff
