I am very grateful to the Leiston surgery team and volunteers organising a local vaccination centre rather than having to travel to another town. This practice has been brilliant all through the Covid pandemic. The team is very community orientated. I have also found the in-house pharmacy and other services a very useful one-stop 'shop' for health advice.

I have been able to get a telephone appointment with the GP on the day and then booked in for a face to face the following day. The service I received was excellent.

My wife and I were having our combined flu and COVID booster jabs. From direction with parking through signing in to administering of the actual jabs was completed with great efficiency and by very polite and helpful staff.

Once again, Leiston surgery has come up trumps! Like a slick, well-oiled machine todays injections went very well and as always, the staff welcoming, friendly and helpful. With all the negativity in the news today, we are so fortunate to have such an excellent surgery in this area. Thank you

Turned up for Covid and flu boosters at appointed time, went straight in with only tiny queue. Disappointed that no staff let alone patients were wearing masks - the vulnerable must feel forgotten.

Just had my covid/flu jabs and I was well informed on arrival and sorted out very quickly. I have been very happy with the service this year as always.

The service I received today when I went for my flu and covid vaccinations was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and I wasn't kept waiting for anymore than 5 minutes. Once called in the nurse was very thorough in explaining everything to me regarding the vaccinations and over I was extremely satisfied with the service.

My booster vaccination appointment was for 10.35. I arrived at 10.30 and was out by 10.37. Staff were friendly and personable; the appointment did not feel rushed; and I felt valued and respected.
