Good response & action with vaccine clinic & previously re suspicious lump on face and asthma symptoms problem- having a very long winded booking system- surely just the immediate appointments requested should be triaged routine ones booked without having long tel queues

Received phone call to attend practice for flu and covid jabs. As usual, everything was very well organised from car parking stewards to the injections themselves. Staff cheery and efficient. Each wave of jabs has been handled in this way. We are so lucky to have this high standard of care in Leiston.

Very good and efficient vaccination clinic at the surgery. They had easy booking. They were running to time and had plenty of staff.

Combined Covid and flu vaccination session yesterday, and, as always, everything ran smoothly. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. They always have a smile on their faces even in the toughest of times. And working on a Saturday. A great practice, we are so lucky to have them.

Quick, friendly and efficient service.Today I had my Covid and Flu vaccinations and they were both administered quickly and painlessly.

Well organised local contact and messaging to advertise Saturday sessions and arrange bookings and well co-ordinated on the day. As with the first three Covid vaccination roll-outs, Leiston Surgery's staff and volunteers proved themselves admirably efficient, helpful and straightforward with a well-focussed, professional and friendly approach. Testament to good leadership, communication and teamworking - many thanks and well done!

I received my Covid and flu jab today. The surgery ran it perfectly, effectively, efficiently and with good humour. I could not fault it.

Had flu and COVID jabs today in and out within 15mins excellent service as is their daily surgery service l have nothing but praise for them

I attended a vaccination clinic. As always it was very well organised, the procedure was clearly explained and the whole process ran very smoothly.
