My sister Ann andI have had excellent treatment in all our recent consultations. We have been able to see a nurse or doctor to deal with our problems in a very timely and effective interaction

Fast efficient and friendly. Was able to park nearby, my wife kindly drove to the surgery so I wasn’t stressed. So far I have had no after effects and hope that I don’t develop any bad effects. It’s a lovely sunny day here in Leiston we are very lucky to have such a brilliant service provided by the Leiston surgery. All the staff are happy to help.

We'd already got appointments booked in November but gratefully received a text at lunchtime offering us Covid vaccines today. Volunteers supervised outside queuing and car parking, they, like staff inside had been there since around 8am. We were efficiently checked in by friendly staff and soon after given our vaccines, flu too. Great service from everyone we encountered on our one way trip through the surgery. How fortunate we are to have such brilliant people to care for us.

I've used this surgery for many years and always found the staff and doctors helpful and considerate, especially during the last couple of difficult years. I hear so many bad reviews about other surgeries in the area, I consider myself lucky. Communications via email and text regarding various appointment confirmations has been good. The organisation of Covid and Flu jabs excellent. If I phone early morning for an appointment the doctor gets back to me with advice or an appointment if necessary. The only criticism is that often you are in a long phone que at certain times of the day.

Covid and Flue Vaccination day. As always with this surgery very efficiently and well organised from car parking to booking in and vaccinating. And all done with a smile and cheery chat. We are very lucky in this town. Other surgeries please note.

Attended for my 5th Covid injection this morning. The session was so well organised. I was in and out in a few minutes. The car parking flowed so well with a on way system Congratulations to all involved

Having recently moved into Leiston and there Doctors surgery we have had excellent attention to our needs and attached to the pharmacy so it is easy for prescriptions

Very grateful for the service. Gives me confidence to make an appointment regarding other health issues that I have not felt comfortable to raise with the GP under a previous management in Leiston Easy and effecient Thankyou.
