Though the practice is extremely busy I was able to get an appointment for my issue. The dr nurse and all the staff were very professional

I am so happy how they treated me my GP for the last year Lovely people and kind. I get good care Every time I need they saw me a soon as possible.

Surgery was not too busy and didn't have to wait too long before being seen receptionist was very helpful

Reception lady was amazing and very helpful. Doctor called within a couple of hours and gave me an appointment that day.

Had my smear, I was extremely anxious I suffer from various conditions that stop me from attending appointments, I managed to secure a time slot 8am. The nurse my appointment was with was so comforting, professional and understanding. I felt safe and secure with her expertise & knowledge I can’t thank her enough for this. I try to hide my emotions and feelings from others but my overwhelming fear really did take over how I felt. The receptionist who was on duty on this particular morning showed me so much care and understanding I cannot put into words how grateful I am to them both. Thank you.

I called the day before and got a callback the next day and was able to get a choice of appointments on the day of the callback. I was able to take up the appointment. I saw a locum and left feeling reassured.

I saw the paramedic about problems with my memory and she was very prompt, friendly and kind. The service was satisfactory as I expected. Things could have been explained better and louder as I am hard of hearing.
