I tried several times to make an online appt which was not easy I phoned the practice and was given instructions I made the appt and was asked if I wanted my reply from triage by email or phone ,I was very surprised to get a text message by return. I felt this was very impersonal and you have lost the patient contact its bad enough if needed you have to wait weeks to see a GP, who ever designed this system has no idear about patient contact and how this makes the very elderly feel so very poor planning. My care by care practioner was very professional and no complaint .

Every appointment or phone call for me or my children is so helpful and attentive. Never wait long for an appointment if needed. The practice in Larkhill and Salisbury are both so efficient. Please never change
