Had to wait 4 days for an appointment then wait an hour at the surgery to be seen by the GP. The GP however was very thorough and matters are being progressed.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced a long wait time in the surgery, all clinician's do strive to keep to their appointment times. Usually takes ages for a doctor to see me but on this day I rang up and got an appointment same day and there was no long wait and the doctor was helpfull

Doctors switched on and nothing was to much trouble checking everything while I was present sending me for all tests and xrays

To help reduce our patient's wait time, all non-clinical team members have received additional training to better assist our patient service advisors during busy periods. Last week I spoke to a receptionist about a test result from over a year ago, that I had never received. She found the test result, realised the significance of it and found me a gp appt for three days later. The gp was most helpful, and acted efficiently regarding the test result.
