    Registered here with my young family. The Drs and Nurses were lovely. I chose to move practice as the surgery requested an important genetic heart test letter for referral. The referral was delayed as the practice lost the letter with confidential information on. After speaking with the practice I felt there was a real lack of concern of such a document being misplaced. I also had an issue with an Asthma appointment for my son. They had booked an appointment without enough time to do the lung capacity test, so after travelling here and taking him out of school I had to re book.

    I have always found all members of staff very polite and friendly. Reception team, doctors and nurse all very efficient, kind and caring. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment, no issue waiting long for appointments either. I have had to use the doctor's service a lot over the past year and have always been referred when I have requested which I have been grateful for. The receptionists are helpful and are very informed when I have a question that needs answering, nothing too much trouble....

    Made an appointment three times and was referred to a surgery outside of my catchment area for further tests due to availability. I attended all three appointments only to be told they had not been booked (first occasion) and that there was not a long enough time slot booked so I would need to rebook (second time). The third occasion my partner is also attending as a separate patient but for other tests and we were both told independently when checking in that our appointments weren't showing on the system and therefore we couldn't be seen. They also then lost my partners test results so he had to have them all done again.We returned to ladygate lane where they told us it was receptionists error and we would need to rebook. Total waste of time and the receptionists couldn't care a less. My partner was due a follow up appt for which they told us they would be in touch - they contacted him 4 months after the issue, after he had attended a walk in centre as his condition had worsened. Absolutely shocking, I am surprised anyone stays with this practice.
