    When we see our GP, it’s not always an easy decision. It took me sometime to find the courage to ask for help and book an appointment. Sadly, the GP said about 10 words, lacked compassion and sent me off with a form to complete and return which was unusable because half the print was missing due to printer problems which the GP highlighted instead of finding another printer! Now I need to find a printer. I actually said to them, you haven’t said much and they just gave me a blank look and seemed disinterested. Really sad if this is what we have to expect and feel theres a need for a shake up with core training in compassion. Unusual for me to write a review like this but really shocked.

    After 65 years at this practice I have been told I have to leave because I’m out of area,I’ve been out of area for nine years and have received positive times with all doctors I have seen,sadly my last one was very upsetting with the feeling of wasting the doctors time,it felt that as soon as I agreed to not being in the area the doctor wasn’t interested in helping me. I was upset when I left and it has taken me a few weeks to get over this.I realise this practice has lost what it had when the other doctors were there,they were caring and helpful and I have great memories of those doctors. This practice is definitely going down hill,on the plus side maybe it was the right time for us to leave,all done very quickly as we had 28 days from date of letter (18)days after we got the letter,especially as we were told by the 28/12/ we would be removed. Check this practice out before joining.
